Hematology & Oncology Specialist for Top AI Research

⏰$110–$130 Per Hour

Seeking Hematologists/Oncologists to support a healthcare AI partner developing clinical decision-support tools for cancer diagnostics, treatment planning, and complex hematologic disorders. In this San Francisco–based role, you’ll apply your subspecialty expertise to review and validate oncology data, ensuring safe, accurate, and guideline-aligned AI outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and label oncology consults, pathology reports, molecular test results, and treatment plans

• Validate staging, risk stratification, chemo/immunotherapy regimens, and supportive care decisions

• Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and adherence to NCCN/ASH guidelines

• Review AI-generated summaries and recommendations for safety and reliability

• Help define annotation standards and advise on complex or high-risk cases (e.g., cytopenias, complications, relapse/refractory disease)

Requirements:

• MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology

• Active U.S. medical license

• 5+ years clinical experience preferred

• Experience with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and molecular diagnostics

• Interest in medical AI or informatics preferred
