We are seeking fellowship-trained cardiologists to collaborate on projects with one of the world’s leading AI research labs. This role focuses on evaluating how advanced AI systems interpret real-world ECG/EKG cases and improving their clinical reasoning.
Cardiologists across all subspecialties are encouraged to apply, with particularly strong demand for experts in Electrophysiology and Clinical Cardiology.
In this role, you will review and develop high-quality ECG interpretations, analyze complex cardiac scenarios, and help improve AI model accuracy through expert clinical insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop gold-standard ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning
Focus on complex cases, edge conditions, and nuanced differential diagnoses
Collaborate with AI research teams on cardiology-focused model evaluation
Identify and provide feedback on common reasoning errors in AI models
Basic Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty)
Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
2+ years of post-training clinical experience
Currently based in the United States
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strongly Preferred:
Fellowship training in Electrophysiology
Clinical practice involving high ECG interpretation volume
Academic or teaching experience with residents or fellows
Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or evaluation rubrics
Expertise in arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, or subtle ECG pattern recognition
Screening Process:
Applicants will complete a short interview (approximately 20–30 minutes) focused on clinical background and subspecialty expertise.

Independent contractor engagement
